Mr Tsang made me feel relaxed about the operation and explained everything carefully. He came to see me after the operation to make sure I was all right and happy. I can’t think of any other way that Mr Tsangs care of his patients could be improved on. I was extremely happy with my care.

Mr Tsang had a positive can-do attitude , he explained the procedure clearly and communicated throughout. Following the procedure he visited me on the ward. Totally professional throughout.I couldn't of asked for better care.

Dr Tsang was unsure about carrying out the gall bladder operation because of my poor heart function. He really listened when i said I could not live with the pain and made sure i was seen by anesthetists and cardiologists for their opinion. I had ecg's, echo cardiograms and blood tests to make sure i was fit enough to have the operation. He could have easily said no to the operation as the risks were high. I was really pleased that he got opinions from other doctors and was able to proceed with the operation. He is a friendly doctor and keeps you well informed of what is happening. I thank him and all involved in my operation and after care, they were all fantastic.

From the first meeting, through surgery(Umbilical hernia) and then the review meeting Mr Tsang was exemplary, he explained the procedure clearly prior to the operation putting me completely at ease. I am now pain free and would certainly recommend Mr Tsang to anyone.
